Terms and Conditions for IPTV Streaming Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV streaming services ("Services") provided by LUCID ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing      or using the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms and any      additional terms and conditions that may apply. These Terms constitute a      legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
2. Service Description: The Services      provided by the Company enable users to access live TV channels, on-demand      content, and other multimedia content via internet protocol television      (IPTV).
3. User Eligibility: You must be at      least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your      jurisdiction to access and use the Services. By accessing or using the      Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility      requirement.
4. Account Registration: To access      certain features of the Services, you may need to register for an account.      You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during      the registration process and to update such information to keep it      accurate, current, and complete.
5. User Conduct: You agree to      use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these      Terms. You further agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or       regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of       others.
• Transmit any material that is       unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the       Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized       access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks       connected to the Services.

1. Intellectual Property: The Services      and all content provided through the Services, including but not limited      to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, are owned      by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark,      and other intellectual property laws.
2. Third-Party Content: The Services      may include content provided by third parties. The Company is not      responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of such content.      Your use of third-party content is subject to any additional terms and      conditions provided by the third party.
3. Payment and Billing: You agree to      pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services in      accordance with the pricing and billing terms provided by the Company. All      fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as      required by applicable law.
4. Termination: The Company      may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or      without cause, and without notice or liability. Upon termination, your      right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES      ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT      WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT      PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS      OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A      PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM      EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE      LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE      DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR      INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE      LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE      SERVICES.
7. Governing Law and      Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with      the laws of WYOMING, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.      Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services      shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in SHERIDAN      WYOMING.
8. Changes to Terms: The Company      reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes      will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the      Company's website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes      will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
